Hi D&L, Just found your blog after Googling around for the Lyndhurst. My wife and I are thinking about building one up Port Mac way :) Anyway I like your modifications to the plan. This is kinda what we've wanted to do except in our case the Games Room would be an artists studio for my wife.
If its not too much trouble I was wondering if you could share a higher resolution image or pdf of the plans so I can show here.
We are considering building a Lyndhurst and liked the changes that you made. Can I please ask if you started with the Executive or the Grande and were the modifications expensive?
We actually started with the basic Lyndhurst design as the other designs weren't around when we signed up with McDonald Jones last year. We added Butler's Pantry, Games Room plus 2 extra linen cupboards, 750mm to each bedroom, 1m into main bedroom/walk in robe and study. These changes cost around $70,000.
